At L'INTERVALLE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn footwear in its original branded box and pack it securely inside a shipping carton to ensure the product remains protected.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
